Breakfast at Cortijo Sabila

We are renowned for our special made to order breakfasts here at Cortijo Sabila.

And our guests are so impressed that they take quite a lot of photos of them.

Here are just a few recently, and a few reviews.

A typical breakfast service in the kitchen (with Yvonne making all the breakfasts herself and serving to guests at the time they want) could look like this…

“set 7 tables on the patio, prepare fruit salad, serve two tables, move into dining room as it’s suddenly raining!!!!! Serve two more tables move back to patio as it is now sunshine.

Serve 3 x cold meat and cheese platters, 3 x poached eggs and bacon, 2 x scrambled egg and bacon, 1 x scrambled egg, 2 x cheese omelettes, 1x  omelette with red peppers, mushroom, cheese ham and onion, 2 x 2 fried egg and bacon, 1 x plain omelette, add freshly squeezed orange juice, teas, coffee and coffee decaf, hot chocolate..

…and then 7 check outs and all before 11 30 am.”
