Stunning wedding arbour

This beautiful wedding arbour really has been a labour of love by Yvonne.

In memory of the love of her parents who were together for many many decades, she wanted to build a very special place that celebrates the longevity and beauty of love.

The wedding arbour was designed by Yvonne and took many months to plan, order and build. We’ve watched it slowly rise out of the ground until it stood proudly in the middle of the garden. A true monument to love that has welcomed it’s first happy couples marrying beneath it since being finished.

But there was an even more emotional moment in store recently as Yvonne watched the arbour being bedecked with beautiful flowers for a wedding photo shoot. Not just any photo shoot but one that recognises LOVE IS LOVE in all it’s wonderful forms – a same sex marriage photo shoot. The photos were incredibly moving.

And what better place to have love epitomised than under this fantastic tribute to two soulmates.
