Winter gardens

Whilst most people come to Spain to enjoy the hot climate and sunny skies, there’s also something very magical about the cooler months and especially when we wander around our winter gardens.

The winter gardens of Cortijo Sabila still have splashes of colour, and all the sculptural plants are in their element. The mornings mists provide a quietness and special king of light.
